When using third party payment plan options such as Afterpay, Openpay, and Zippay, please be mindful of our return policies for each. As you can appreciate, we are a small business and due to non-refundable fees from each service, not all services can be refunded should you choose to send your items back. We do however, offer exchanges and store credits where we are not able to offer a refund. Please read the below Terms and Conditions for each.

Afterpay T & C's:

If using Afterpay we will only offer a store credit or an exchange option if your items do not fit or you do not love them. We will not issue a refund under any circumstances unless the fault lies with us (if we are out of stock or if the items/s are faulty). If you are unsure if this is the best option for you, please contact our customer service team. We now offer Afterpay for ladies in New Zealand. Zip Pay T & C's:

If using Zippay as your payment method and your item does not fit perfectly, you are eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange (unless you have purchased during a promotional period, if this is the case please refer to the terms and conditions in sale Terms & Conditions).  To find out more about how Zippay works, please see their website for more information HERE.


Openpay T & C's:

If using Openpay as your payment method and your item/s is not the perfect fit then you are welcome to a refund, store credit or exchange. (unless you have purchased during a promotional period, if this is the case please refer to the terms and conditions in sale Terms & Conditions).
