RETURNS & EXCHANGES!
At Fox and Frank we love our clothes and range we have to offer and we hope you love it as well. But we also know sometimes things are not always right and you need to return something if it is not quite right for you. We are happy to offer a refund or online credit for items that are returned within 30 days of purchase. Credits are valid for 36 months from issue. All items MUST be in their original condition with no makeup stains, perfume odours, missing tags and have not been worn or washed. Fox and Frank reserves the right to refuse the return of any item if we believe it not to be in the original condition as when it was shipped.
THE DETAILS
- All clothing can be returned for a refund or online credit within 30 days of receiving your parcel.
- Online credits can be used to purchase another size or completely different item.
- All promotions are voided upon return of an item. Credits do not include postage costs of the order.
- If you wish to return your order placed with AfterPay & ZipPay, please follow the same return conditions & you will be issued an online store credit once our team have received/accepted your returned items. Continue to pay your balance off in the normal payment schedule to Afterpay or ZipPay. We do not cancel AfterPay or ZipPay payments if you choose to send back your order.e can not thank you enough for stopping by Fox & Frank.
